Electricity challenges in Nigeria: Renewable energy a way forward

Abstract: The present crisis of electricity supply in Nigeria is adversely affecting its economy. The population is growing and life is getting more difficult for the citizens. Nigeria is rich in renewable energy sources, such as solar, biomass, thermal, wind, geothermal, tidal, hydro, biogas, wave, and ocean energy.
