“…On the other hand, there is an evident conflict between some radical feminist groups, who consider that free gender self-determination erases women, and trans groups, who consider that pathologization and the bureaucratic process is a stigma (Corral-Díaz, 2021); they tend to disagree with the trans-exclusionary radical feminism (TERF) groups because of their opposition to transsexual theses (Álvarez-Rodríguez, 2022). Within the framework of public discussions about the Trans Law, the use of the hashtag #ContraElBorradoDeLasMujeres has been reaffirmed as the position contrary to the autonomous identity of transsexual people (Ferré-Pavia & Zaldívar, 2022).

“…Therefore, it is reasonable to think that if women dedicated to sex work are invisible and ignored by some feminist communities, trans women have also been there, particularly by excluding trans feminists (Ferré-Pavia & Zaldívar, 2022). Today, if there is a greater opening for cisgender women dedicated to sex work, trans women dedicated to the same thing do not have the same success (Gómez Restrepo & Betancur Vásquez, 2020).…”
