Eksplorasi Bakteri Actinomycetes Asli Papua Barat Sebagai Pewarna Makanan Alami dan Antimikroba

Abstract: Bakteri Actinomycetes merupakan kelompok bakteri yang memproduksi senyawa bahan alam (natural product) dan senyawa metabolit seperti pigmen dan antimikroba. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengisolasi, mengidentifikasi produksi pigmen, serta aktivitas antimikroba Actinomycetes dari gundukan tanah dan sampah dari Kabupaten Fakfak, Papua Barat.
