Einfluß von Tuberkulostatika auf die Pharmakokinetik des Digitoxins

Abstract: Während tuberkulostatischer Kombinationstherapie mit Isoniazid, Ethambutol und Rifampicin sowie bei Monotherapie mit Rifampicin wurde ein Abfall des radioimmunologisch gemessenen Serum-Digitoxinspiegels beobachtet. Nach mitteischneller Aufsättigung und einer oralen Digitoxin-Erhaltungsdosis von 0,1 mg/d hatten 19 gesunde Probanden einen Serum-Digitoxinspiegel ( ± s) von 39,1 ± 7,5 ng/ml.
