Nach intravenoser Gabe an Ratten wird die Titelverbindung [3*1 in gut durchbluteten Organen wie Lunge (C,,, = 16.6 % Dosis/g) und Milz (C,,, = 8.8 % Dosis/g) angereichert. In Vollblut wird eine ausgepragte Affinitat zu Erythrocyten beobachtet, die in Humanblut zu 70 % auf eine unauswaschbare Membranbindung zuriickzufuhren ist. Nach oraler Gabe wird 3* kaum resorbiert (-2 % der Dosis). In whole blood a strong affinity to red blood ceils is observed. 70 percent of 3* bound to the erythrocytes are foynd in the membranes and could not be washed out with buffer. After o\al adminstration od 3* to rats only 2 % of the applied dose is absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract.
