Antiaggregatorische und anticoagulante Eigenschaften von Oligoaminen, 9. Mitt. Zur Pharmakokinetik von N,N′,N″‐Tris‐4‐(3‐iod‐4‐methoxyphenyl)‐butyl‐1,3,5‐benzol‐triethanamin

Abstract: Nach intravenoser Gabe an Ratten wird die Titelverbindung [3*1 in gut durchbluteten Organen wie Lunge (C,,, = 16.6 % Dosis/g) und Milz (C,,, = 8.8 % Dosis/g) angereichert. In Vollblut wird eine ausgepragte Affinitat zu Erythrocyten beobachtet, die in Humanblut zu 70 % auf eine unauswaschbare Membranbindung zuriickzufuhren ist.
