After the most important points on the right to health, to welfare and to education are presented, it follows a detailed explanation about the access of immigrants to these rights. This work focuses on the following questions: (1) whether there is a suitable model for an economic analysis of migrant law in the context of social law for migrants, (2) if this is the case, how should this model look like, and (3) to what extent this proposed model is applicable in Brazil.
