Eigenanalysis of multi‐walled carbon nanotubes by using the impulse response

Abstract

The van der Waals interaction elastic force is included in the modeling of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) as an Euler-Bernoulli elastic system. The coupled eigenvalue problem is formulated in terms of a basis generated by a fundamental matrix response.
