eHealth in the future of medications management: personalisation, monitoring and adherence

Abstract: BackgroundGlobally, healthcare systems face major challenges with medicines management and medication adherence. Medication adherence determines medication effectiveness and can be the single most effective intervention for improving health outcomes.
