Efficiency of investment projects to modernize facilities housing and communal services (case of Kazakhstan)

Abstract: The article presents the results of evaluating the economic efficiency of four investment projects for the modernization of housing and communal services. To get the results presented, the authors have previously collected a large database of investment projects for the modernization of housing and utilities.
