Abstract: Dysfunction of the pelvic organs in children with myelodysplasia is a complex multifaceted problem. In some patients with long-term vesicoureteral reflux, as a complication of neurogenic bladder dysfunction, reflux nephropathy (RN) develops in a chronic kidney disease (CKD) outcome.
