Efficacy of Yoga Exercise to Reduce Anxiety in Pregnancy: A Meta-Analysis using Randomized Controlled Trials

Abstract: Background: Anxiety can have a negative impact on mothers and infants. Anxiety can cause prematurity, impaired motor development, mental and emotional development of children.
