Efficacy of the levonorgestrel‐releasing intrauterine system in uterine leiomyoma

Abstract

Use of the LNG-IUS appears to lead to a significant reduction in the uterine volume of women with menorrhagia, as well as reducing the MBL in women with uterine leiomyomas.
