Abstract: Objectives: Tobacco smoke is one source of free radicals that can enter the body through the respiratory tract and circulate through the bloodstream to reach all organs in the body. Purple sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) anthocyanin is a potentially powerful antioxidant that reduces free radicals.
