“…ZP, Z‐Bond used as a cleansing agent in this study is comprised of a dicarboxylic monomer, pyromellitic dimethacrylate, a monocarboxylic (GDMAS) monomer, glycerol dimethacrylate‐succinate (GDMAS), 2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate, bisphenol‐A glycidyl methacrylate, 10‐MDP, and ethyl alcohol. In the literature, there are very few studies that evaluated the performance of the ZP (Z‐Bond) on zirconia surfaces . ZP forms a carboxylate salt through ionization of carboxylic acids upon application on Y‐TZP surface .…”

“…This high content of the double bonds for copolymerization with composite might contribute to higher long‐term efficacy of ZPP than AP observed in the current study. In the reported studies on ZPP effectiveness in terms of resin‐zirconia strength, ZPP was not light‐cured . However, Magne et al reported 24‐hour SBS of preheated Z100 composite resin as a cementing agent to zirconia using light‐polymerized 2‐layer ZPP.…”

“…In a short‐term study on zirconia repair using ZPP, a higher SBS of two layers with light polymerization (30 MPa) compared to one layer with or without light polymerization (15 and 20 MPa, respectively) was demonstrated . In a similar study, when ZPP was used in one layer without light polymerization, SBS (14.92 MPa) was not found to be statistically different from the TBS method (17.26 MPa) …”
