Efficacy and toxicity of (chemo)radiotherapy for primary subglottic cancer

Abstract: Radiotherapy is a safe and effective treatment for patients with primary squamous cell carcinoma of the subglottis. The use of chemotherapy together with radiotherapy may enhance treatment efficacy and contribute to larynx preservation through good local control.
