Abstract: Background: Hypertensive cerebral small vessel disease (HT-CSVD) is a cerebrovascular clinical, imaging and pathological syndrome caused by hypertension (HT). The condition manifests with lesions in various vessels including intracranial small/arterioles, capillaries, and small/venules.
