Effects of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) on MC3T3-E1

Abstract: VEGF promotes bone remodeling by direct effects on osteoblastic cells via regulating gene expression of ALP, OCN, and OPG through VEGFR2 signaling pathway.
