Abstract: Influence of strain-induced indium clustering on characteristics of InGaN/GaN multiple quantum wells with high indium compositionGreen-light-emission InGaN / GaN multiple quantum wells ͑MQWs͒ with different polarities were grown by metal organic chemical vapor deposition.
