Effects of the Basic Period in Swimming Training with the Age Group

Abstract: Development of aerobic capacity and endurance is important part of basic period in swimming training for age groups. The focus of this study was monitoring the progress of a group of 17 male swimmers, aged between 12 to 14 from HAPK Mladost, Zagreb.
