Abstract:Different pesticide residues (carbofuran, carbosulfan, methomyl, malation, silycron and cypermethrin) were extracted from treated samples of tomatoes fruits and potatoes tubers before and after food processing. GLC, spectrophotometric and enzymatic methods were used to determine pesticide residues in different samples.
