Effects of Selection Factors of Hospitals for the Elderly upon Satisfaction of Patients and their Intent of Revisit and Information by Word of Mouth

Abstract: This paper is aimed at providing fundamental data for marketing strategies needed to determine the direction of policy to operate hospitals in an effective way.
