Abstract:Abstract.In this paper, we report on the effects of the polymeric dielectric morphology on pentacene morphology and organic thin film transistor (TFT) characteristics. The morphology and thickness of cyclo-olefin polymer (COP) dielectric could be controlled by selecting a solvent.
