Effects of physical exercise on spatial memory and astroglial alterations in the hippocampus of diabetic rats

Abstract: Type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) is associated with neurocognitive dysfunction and astrogliosis. Physical exercise prevents cognitive impairments and induces important brain modifications.
