El contenido de clorofila en las plantas in vitro puede ser explicado por la presencia de citocininas y carbohidratos exógenos en el medio que las hacen dependientes de una fuente de carbono, así mismo se ha reportado la escasa actividad de la Rubisco, debido a alteraciones en el nivel de nitrógeno o del nivel de compuestos fotosintéticos (Ladyman y Girard, 1992;Premkumar et al, 2001;Ivanova y Van Staden, 2011).…”
