Effects of dynein inhibitor on the number of motor proteins transporting synaptic cargos

Abstract: Synaptic cargo transport by kinesin and dynein in hippocampal neurons was investigated by noninvasively measuring the transport force based on nonequilibrium statistical mechanics.
