Abstract: Abstract:In this study, we sought to investigate the effect of dendroaspis natriuretic peptide (DNP) on calcium-activated potassium current (I K(Ca) ) and its mechanism in gastric antral circular smooth muscle cells (SMCs) using the whole-cell patchclamp technique.
