“…Although classic TTT diagram plays a significant role in describing the gelation, vitrification and extent of conversion in physical state during the curing process, the visual relationship between temperature, time, and curing degree cannot be constructed by the classical TTT diagram directly, especially in the entire curing window. In general, that curing degree reflected the level of curing crosslinking reaction is obtained via the coupling of curing temperature and curing time on resin, which is an important parameter of the curing process and directly determines the merits of the final properties of thermosetting resin . In addition, construction of curing curves is also closely related to curing degree.…”

“…This can be understood as a phenomenon depending on the density of acrylate. This is because the density of the acrylate influences the formation of the network structure in the three-dimensional space [ 40 , 41 ].…”

“…After UV and EB curing formed strong chemical bond between AUA and wood substrate so the hardness is increased. The mechanical characteristics such as hardness and adhesion results were summarized in table (6). It was observed that the pencil hardness of the acrylate coatings cured by UV and EB irradiation was 5H and 7H, respectively.…”
