Effects of Centrally Administered Prolactin upon Mammary Contractility in Anesthetized Lactating Rats

Abstract: The possibility was investigated that centrally administered rat prolactin (PRL), i.e., intracerebroventricularly (ICV) or intrathecally (IT), may influence mammary contractility in urethane-anesthetized lactating rats.
