“…Exposure to ozone during the ALD injection process allows growth centers to be created on the Kapton surface (Barshilia, Ananth, Gupta, & Anandan, 2013). Corrosion and injection by ozone molecules lead to activation of the Kapton surface and an increase surface roughness (Wei et al, 2018). The ALD process is oxidative and there is no need to pre-modify the Kapton surface, as in the case of using plasma modification of Kapton films by CF 4 -O 2 microwave plasma treatment (Grandoni, Mannini, Glisenti, Manariti, & Galli, 2017).…”

“…In particular, polyimide (Kapton tape) finds use in many fields of science and industry because of its ability to keep its properties in many areas under severe conditions, like wide thermal spread, corrosive environment, and electrical discharges (Gouzman, Girshevitz, Grossman, Eliaz, & Sukenik, 2010; Phillips, Chan, & Schwartz, 2015; Wang, Min, & Li, 2020). Extensive tests from the side of the manufacturer provide a lot of important data about the material, and because of its properties and their stability Kapton tape can be found anywhere from a substrate for coating by other materials to insulation of specific systems on spacecraft (Wei, Yang, Liu, Jiang, & Zhang, 2018). An interesting application that Kapton also offers is the possibility of using it in flexible electronics.…”

“…The deconvoluted peaks for untreated PI-PMDA agree well with the literature results. [57] T For untreated semi-aromatic PI-DOCDA the C peak is comprised of four component peaks [58] : C C/C H bonds at 284.3 eV attributed to benzene rings of ODA structure, at 285.3 eV attributed to N-C bond, 286.1 eV (C O bonds in the ODA structure) and the band at 288.4 eV corresponding to C═O in the imide groups of DOCDA units. After nitrogen plasma treatment, all the peaks were still detected in the XPS spectrum of both samples.…”

“…Near space refers to the airspace connecting the sky and space at an altitude of 20~100 km, where it is difficult for general aircraft to operate, and has an important strategic position [1][2][3][4]. The atmospheric environmental parameters in near space, including temperature, pressure, and wind, are important meteorological parameters that can directly affect space activities, so it is important to accurately detect these parameters [5][6][7][8]. Its environmental conditions are complex, with temperatures down to minus 70 ℃, ultra-low pressure, and also a complex wind field [9][10].…”
