Indonesia has a variety of local wisdom that lives and develops in the community. Local wisdom that lives and develops in the community is formed through a long and crystallized process in the form of customary law, belief and culture. Therefore, local wisdom can be interpreted as a norm that is practiced in society that is trusted and believed by the community so that it is used as a reference in everyday life. Local wisdom is an important part of society, especially in building human dignity in society. One of the local wisdoms that live and develop in Indonesia is the Pillars of Cianjur Culture which serves as the philosophy of life for the Cianjur people. Pillars of Cianjur Culture, consisting of Ngaos, Mamaos, Maenpo, Tatanen, Tanghinas, Someah, Sauyunan. This research is a descriptive study that focuses on exploring the values of local wisdom contained in the Pillars of Cianjur Culture. This research is a qualitative research using interviews and observations as a data collection tool. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative data analysis technique from Milles and Hubermans. This research resulted in several formulations regarding the value of wisdom contained in the Pillars of Cianjur Culture as a philosophy of life. The Pillars of Cianjur Culture is full of wisdom values. There are several main wisdom values contained in the Pillars of Cianjur Culture, including religious values, beauty values, toughness values, environmental protection values, dexterity and tenacity values, politeness values, and mutual cooperation values. With this research, it is hoped that it can be used as a reference for the government as policy makers to make a policy in an effort to preserve the local culture of the Pillars of Cianjur Culture.

Abstract: Discipline character cannot be realized without continuous habituation. In portfolio assignment-based e-learning, students can practice habituation. If the habituation of discipline is continuously carried out through the portfolio lever, students will get a strengthening of the character of discipline and optimal learning outcomes. By using qualitative research type phenomenology on 42 students in the PIPPKn course, this research aims to answer how to implement e-learning based on portfolio assignments that have an impact on strengthening the character of discipline and student learning outcomes? Data were obtained through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively with descriptive percentages. The results show that portfolio assignments can familiarize students with discipline in completing assignments. This habit has an impact on the acquisition of significant positive learning outcomes.Abstrak: Karakter disiplin tidak dapat terwujud tanpa pembiasaan yang terus menerus. Dalam e-learning berbasis tugas portofolio, siswa dapat mempraktekkan pembiasaan. Jika pembiasaan disiplin terus dilakukan melalui pengungkit portofolio, siswa akan mendapatkan penguatan karakter disiplin dan hasil belajar yang optimal. Dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi pada 42 mahasiswa mata kuliah PIPPKn, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab bagaimana penerapan e-learning berbasis tugas portofolio yang berdampak pada penguatan karakter disiplin dan hasil belajar mahasiswa? Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penugasan portofolio dapat membiasakan siswa disiplin dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Kebiasaan ini berdampak pada perolehan hasil belajar positif yang signifikan.

ABSTRAKKurangnya kreativitas guru dalam menciptakan bahan ajar yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi siswa dapat berdampak pada kegiatan pembelajaran yang tidak efektif bagi siswa. PKM ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan kualitas pembelajaran dengan desain e-didaktik melalui bahan ajar berbasis budaya Cianjur. Metode yang digunakan adalah service learning yang terbagi menjadi dua kegiatan yaitu pelatihan (synchronous) dan pendampingan (asynchronous). Pelatihan terdiri atas penyampaian materi, sedangkan pendampingan berupa bimbingan pembuatan bahan ajar. Peserta kegiatan PkM yang terdiri dari 32 guru matematika SMA di seluruh Kabupaten Cianjur telah mengikuti kegiatan ini pada awal tahun ajaran baru semester ganjil tahun 2022, dan hasilnya adalah sebanyak 9 buah bahan ajar. Hasil pengabdian ini berupa desain rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan desain bahan ajar. Selain itu, diperoleh tingkat keberterimaan kegiatan pelatihan yang dominan berada pada kategori “Sangat Baik”. Para guru merasakan peningkatan soft skill-nya setelah mengikuti pelatihan dan pendampingan.ABSTRACTThe lack of teacher creativity in creating teaching materials that are adapted to students' conditions has an impact on learning activities that are not effectively accepted by students. This PKM aims to improve pedagogic competence and learning quality with e-didactic design through Cianjur culture-based teaching materials. The method used is service learning, which is divided into two activities, namely training (synchronous) and mentoring (asynchronous). Training consists of delivering material, while mentoring is in the form of guidance on making teaching materials. Participants who took part in this PkM activity were 32 high school mathematics teachers in Cianjur Regency who produced 9 teaching materials. The results of this service are in the form of the design of the lesson plan and the design of teaching materials. In addition, the level of acceptance of the dominant training activities was found to be in the "Very Good" category. The teachers felt an increase in their soft skills after participating in the training and mentoring.
