. Effectiveness is the relationship between output and objectives or it can also be said to be a measure of the level of output. Effectiveness is also often used to measure the success achieved by an organization or company in relation to planned programs. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the performance of administrative employees at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. This research used qualitative methods with 5 (five) informants, namely the school principal, the head of administration, and employees in the administration sector. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis that will be used in this research is data collection reduction, data presentation, data condensation, and conclusions. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of the performance of administrative staff at SMK Negeri 1 Makassar is quite effective, in other words, the performance of administrative staff is seen through quality, quantity, discipline, politeness, responsibility, knowledge, skills, and work evaluation. Problems related to the work results of administrative employees in carrying out their duties, these factors can be used as a benchmark in conducting an assessment of an employee's performance level even though it is realized that employee performance is not the only factor that can determine success in achieving this. However, there are still aspects that have not been implemented optimally. Based on these findings, it is recommended that administrative staff increase their responsibility towards fellow administrative staff and employees.

The citizen guard information system (Si Jawara) through SimpelDesa is a public service innovation that is currently being implemented by the Bulukumba Regency Village government in providing public services, such as services, goods services, and administrative services as regulated by law. Therefore, the aim of this research is to describe the role of the citizen guard information system (Si Jawara) from a public service perspective. This type of research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques used, namely observation, interviews, and documentation with reference to research objectives with research indicators regarding the function of public services, namely 1) public protection functions; 2) strategic infrastructure functions; 3) personal and local environmental functions. Data analysis techniques use an interactive analysis model with data analysis stages including data reduction; data presentation; validation test; and verification. The results of the research show that the citizen guard information system (Si Jawara) from a public service perspective in Bira Village, Bulukumba Regency, can be concluded that Si Jawara's innovation through SimpelDesa has a fairly good role in accommodating the needs of the village community, besides that the existence of SI Jawara helps and make it easier for the public to obtain public services, both services, goods and administrative services. Therefore, the innovation carried out by the Bira village government, Bulukumba Regency is part of efforts to improve or reform the bureaucracy and is expected to have a positive impact on neighboring villages

Public administration emphasizes the importance of individual characteristics, including personality, influencing administrative behaviour. Service-provider characteristics have been used in public administration research. This study aimed to find out and analyze the performance of volunteers in the socio-economic registration census as government representatives. The research method used is quantitative research with structural equation model (SEM) analysis. The application used is the SEM PLS-4 Pro application. The study resulted that neuroticism, extraversion, and openness did not affect the performance of the volunteers. Neuroticism has a positive and significant effect on the performance of volunteers through the variable of being careful. Extraversion has a positive and significant effect on volunteer performance through being careful. Openness has a positive and significant effect on volunteer performance through being careful. Agreeableness has a positive and significant effect on the performance of research and studies volunteers either directly or through the careful variable. Conscientiousness positively and significantly affects performance either directly or through the variable carefully. Carefulness has a positive and significant effect on performance. This research can be used as a reference for selection in the selection of volunteers in the next period.
