Effectiveness of Ozone Gas Application Methods against Combined Multi-Contaminants in Food

Abstract: Despite the ozone (known as GRAS -generally recognized as safe) gas treatments published for each food living organism or chemical decontamination, they are not necessarily present or contaminate food individually.
