Effectiveness of nasal irrigation with isotonic saline against interleukin-8 levels and quality of life in chronic rhinosinusitis patients

Abstract: Background: Chronic rhinosinusitis is a chronic inflammation of the nasal mucosa and paranasal sinuses that can occur due to multifactorial and affect the quality of life of the sufferer. IL-8 is a proinflammatory cytokine that can significantly increase in chronic rhinosinusitis.
