Effectiveness evaluation of Chrysomya albiceps (Diptera: Calliphoridae) and Musca domestica (Diptera: Muscidae) maggots extracts as antimicrobial and antiviral agent

Abstract: The present study aimed to evaluate the antimicrobial activity of Chrysomya albiceps and Musca domestica maggots' extracts produced from different solvents against some bacterial and fungal strains, beside the role of these extracts as anti-HSV therapeutic agents.
