Effective pressure and treatment duration of high hydrostatic pressure to prepare melanoma vaccines

Abstract: Current therapeutic methods for melanoma have numerous limitations, and thus the improvement of such treatment methods are essential. One possible option is the vaccination of autologous inactivated tumor cells.
