Effective Ocular Delivery of Eplerenone Using Nanoengineered Lipid Carriers in Rabbit Model

Abstract: Background: Eplerenone (Epl) is a selective mineralocorticoid-receptor antagonist used for chronic central serous chorioretinopathy treatment.
