Effect of rhizosphere microorganisms on the adaptation of regenerated plants of apple clonal rootstocks to ex vitro conditions

Abstract: In a vegetation experiment, the effect of bacterial preparations Extrasol, Fitosporin-M based on bacterial strains Bacillus subtilis and bacteria strains of the genus Pseudomonas – P. chlororaphis OV17, P. protegens 38a, P. putida О9-10 on the number of rhizosphere microorganisms, growth and development of regenerant plants of apple clone rootstocks in ex vitro conditions was studied.
