Effect of Psychological Capital of Volunteers on Volunteering Behavior: The Chained Mediation Role of Perceived Social Support and Volunteer Motivation

Abstract: This study explored the role of perceived social support and voluntary motivation in the effect of psychological capital of volunteers on volunteering behavior.
