Effect of Patterned Electrical Neuromuscular Stimulation on Vertical Jump in Collegiate Athletes

Abstract: Background:Patterned electrical neuromuscular stimulation (PENS) uses the electrical stimulation of sensory and motor nerves to achieve a skeletal muscle contraction using an electromyogram-derived functional pattern.
