Abstract:In this paper, we introduce a novel electrode structure made of 98% molybdenum (Mo) and 2% nickel (Ni) for sputtering on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films and glass mats. The Mo/Ni film is deposited using radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering. The electrical conductivity of the samples is measured using a two-point probe.
