“…Shaking of cultures also inhibited the decolorization of Amaranth by Daedalea flavida (Rani et al, 2012). On the contrary, El-Sayeh (2010) found that direct violet dye decolourization by Aspergillus fumigatus was more efficient in agitated cultures as compared in stationary culture and these results agree with those of Yesilada et al (2002) and Parshetti et al (2007) who reported that the shaking conditions are better for dye decolorization as compared to static conditions.
