“…En vue de diminuer l'excrétion fécale de Map, le lévamisole a été préconisé du fait de son effet immunomodulateur dans diverses affections : il agirait en restaurant la réaction immunitaire à médiation cellulaire par l'intermédiaire des cytokines de type 1 (Senturk et al 2009). Un essai a été effectué chez 38 vaches paratuberculeuses asymptomatiques et excrétrices âgées de quatre à huit ans : 19 ont été traitées par une dose de 2,5 mg/kg de poids vif une fois par jour pendant trois jours, puis une fois par semaine pendant huit semaines.…”
