Abstract:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is one of important problems of public healthcare. The aim of the present study was to investigate effect of beclomethazone on endothelial function (endothelin-1 level and results of Celermajer's test) and ultrasound parameters of pulmonary and central circulation in 42 COPD patients.
