Effect of Composite Binder on the Property of Lightweight Bubble Alumina Ceramics

Abstract: The effect of composite binder on the mechanical property of lightweight bubble alumina ceramics was studied. The ceramics were prepared using bubble alumina and α‐Al2O3 fines as raw materials, phosphoric acid (H3PO4) and aluminum ammonium sulfate (NH4Al(SO4)2·12H2O) as binders.
