“…Whereas, in high dose treated groups (400 mg of CPFX ® /kg/day), necrosis of pancreatic tissue was observed after 7 days of administration. Elsayed et al (2013) studied the effect of CPFX ® on isolated smooth and cardiac muscles and as well as neuromuscular junctions and conclude that CPFX ® acts directly to induce neuromuscular blockade and scarcely possess pharmacological properties which might be leading to sever adverse reaction in clinical use.
