Effect of 8-Week Circuit Weight Training on Strength

Abstract: The aim of this study was to know the effect of weight training to enhance service capabilities. Subject was Volleyball Extracurricular at Senior High School 1 Indralaya Palembang, and collected using total sampling (N =30). Through a quasi-experimental treatment given to the subject.
