The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the world of education and requires online learning in the learning process, especially in Civic Education. The purpose of this study is to describe the planning and organization of the use of google sites in Civics learning, strategies for using google sites, as well as the implementation and evaluation of the use of Google sites. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations, and documentation during the learning process. The results showed that the use of google sites in Civics learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era included planning and organizing by designing steps or stages to achieve goals. Then the strategy for using Google sites is to develop online learning media in the Covid-19 pandemic era by utilizing digital-based multimedia technology. Furthermore, the implementation and evaluation of the use of google sites is the interaction between lecturers and students online on google sites such as observing, asking, exploring, associating, and communicating activities. The use of google sites in online Civics learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era can be an effective and efficient learning media, using Google sites as an alternative media lecturers can use in learning activities in the Covid-19 pandemic era. Online learning on civic education uses google sites where students tend to be more active in discussions.

The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on society, companies and countries. This causes a decrease in the market’s purchasing power, and brings risk to the businesses’ sustainability. The purposes of this research are to examine whether the impact COVID-19 pandemic had a positive effect on prediction bankruptcy and to examine the effect of historical managerial ability in anticipating pandemic impact toward bankruptcy prediction. This is a quantitative research which uses secondary data, namely financial information and content of information disclosure report of manufacturing companies. The research sample are 67 manufacturing companies. Sample based on purposive sampling with criterias that manufacturing companies are listed on Indonesia Exchange Stock and have complete data on research variables. The measurement of the impact COVID-19 pandemic uses composite score, then bankruptcy prediction uses Altman Z-Score, and managerial ability score uses DEA. This research uses binary logistic regression and moderated regression analyze to test the hypothesis. The research proves that more serious impact COVID-19 pandemic on company is the more predictable the company will go bankrupt. Other results show that historical managerial ability cannot weaken impact COVID-19 pandemic on prediction bankruptcy. Keywords: impact COVID-19 pandemic, bankruptcy prediction, managerial ability

Pandemic Covid-19 membuat perubahan yang sangat besar di berbagai sektor dan dialami oleh berbagai kalangan. Perubahan yang terjadi dapat menyebabkan tekanan psikologis seperti merasa takut (fear) dan rentan mengalami stres bahkan depresi. Semakin banyaknya kebutuhan akan menjaga kesehatan mental di era pandemic, menyebabkan munculnya banyak layanan aplikasi konseling online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran penggunaan atau pemanfaatan konseling online di masa pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian survey dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah melalui studi literatur dari jurnal dan buku-buku terkait teori tentang konseling online (cybercounseling) yang relevan. Selain itu, survey diberikan kepada subjek penelitian guna menjawab tujuan penelitian. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 230 orang dengan latar belakang yang berbeda dari berbagai usia, kalangan dan gender. Hasil dari survey yang dilakukan terkait dengan pemanfaatan konseling online selama pandemic didapatkan masih banyaknya masyarakat yang belum memanfaatkan aplikasi konseling online. Didapatkan juga data bahwa hanya sebesar 8,7% yang pernah melakukan konseling online. Banyak dari responden yang pernah melakukan konseling online merasa cukup puas dari pelayanan konseling online karena berbagai alasan. Diantaranya karena lebih praktis, dan mudah menghubungi professional atau psikolog dengan biaya yang dianggap lebih terjangkau.
