Efeitos do exercício físico sobre o estresse percebido de idosos

Abstract: Objetivo: realizar uma revisão de literatura, sobre os efeitos do exercício físico sobre o estresse percebido de idosos. Método: trata-se de uma revisão de literatura com levantamento de informações com base em pesquisa realizadas entre os anos de 2006 a 2017 com os descritores: Idoso, Envelhecimento, Exercício e Estresse Psicológico no idioma português, espanhol e inglês.
