Abstract:The objective of this study was to compare the effects of midazolam in Boa constrictor. We used 20 redtail boas, divided into two groups of ten animals each. Group 1 (G1) received 1 mg/kg of midazolam and group 2 (G2) 2 mg/kg, by intracelomic injection.
